Renee Gaddis Interiors Creates Design for Giada Model in Ronto’s Naples Square
Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, President and Principal Designer at Renee Gaddis Interiors, creates the interior of Ronto Group’s previously sold Giada furnished model in the award-winning developer’s Quattro Building in Naples Plaza. Quattro is the fourth building in Naples Square, a pedestrian/cycling community developed by Ronto on 5th Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples. Only five Quattro residences remain available for purchase. The sales of 58 residences valued at $131,150,060 have been processed and the Quattro building is now 89% sold. The previously sold Giada model will remain open for viewing after completion through a developer leaseback. Vertical construction is progressing as planned and the building is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Designed by Ronto and MHK Architecture & Planning, Quattro Residences offer the largest living spaces and some of the largest condominiums in downtown Naples. Each Quattro plan features luxurious appointments and free-flowing open-concept spaces including large grand bedrooms, dining areas, oversized island kitchens, spacious covered outdoor balconies, multi-functional dens, light-filled owner’s suites and elegant guest suites. A landscaped amenity deck will include a spacious pool deck, pool and hot tub, sun loungers, trellis seating areas, shaded cabanas, fire pit and seating area, two grilling areas and a covered bar with stools and a big screen TV. A club room will open onto the amenity deck and will include a bar area with a refrigerator, bar sink and cabinets, a billiard room, restrooms and large screen televisions. Courtyard-level residences feature expansive decks that include a gas grill with sink, lattice-covered hot tub, and fire pit.
The floor plan of the Giada model includes 2,733 square feet under air plus a 305 square foot balcony. The plan includes three bedrooms plus a den, three and a half bathrooms, a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen island, and 10 foot ceilings. The large room, the owner’s bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms will open onto the balcony. Each of the bedrooms will include walk-in closets. Gaddis creates a transitional interior with modern influences and mixed materials, including light and dark woods, stone, and gold and black metals. The neutral gray tones of the walls will be accentuated by pops of black, brown and rust tones that will play against the hardwood floors in a light and airy tone. The design elements will combine to create a cozy and comfortable living environment.
Gaddis’ use of mixed materials will be established in the foyer where a recessed mirrored wall with a dark tinted box will play against a floating wooden shelf. A pair of upholstered poufs with a patterned fabric and a silver metal strip at the bottom will be placed under the shelf. Two U-shaped pendant lights in different sizes and hung at different heights will have a dark bronze finish.
The den of the Giada model will be immediately adjacent to the hearth. The space is designed as a lounging area and will feature two side-by-side neutral fabric chairs. A floating dry bar will be featured in a dark finish and include a marching band. The finish of the barstool frames will match the floating bar piece and include a gold footrest. The bar stools will be finished with a plush sherpa fabric. The reed columns in each corner of the den will be finished in a dark tone.
The dining room will feature a beautiful floor-to-ceiling mirrored wall flanked by dark-toned reed columns. The dining table will seat six and will come in either zebra wood with a dark finish or driftwood with a lighter finish. The fully upholstered dining chairs will feature angled arms and contrasting ferrules in a silver finish. A brass finish chandelier will feature white glass globes.
The great room feature wall will feature a long floating cabinet in a dark stained finish flanked by drywall niches framed in dark stained wood. Each niche will have three lighted shelves. Brass sconces will flank the TV. Furnishings will include a neutral fabric sectional sofa with an ottoman in the middle that can double as a drinks tray. The cocktail table will be a combination of three different nesting tables, one in brass with a stone top, one in brass with a dark wood top, and one with a dark wood top with a brass metal base. The nesting tables will be positioned at different heights and oriented in different directions. Two swivel chairs in gray leather with a honeycomb detail on the back will be able to swivel to offer a view of the outside.
In the kitchen, the dark finish of the perimeter cabinetry will play against the contrasting light finish of the island base. The surfaces of the island and perimeter counters will be in gray veined white quartz.
In the owner’s bedroom, the color scheme will shift to a combination of gray and a taupe neutral. A huge vertically channeled headboard will span the full width of the wall from bedside table to bedside table and feature two upholstered wing-like extensions with a wooden detail on top. Bedside tables will be placed in front of the wings. Light driftwood bedside tables finished with a gray wash will have a modern look with a square cutout in the middle and a concealed drawer on top. The bedside tables will also have a contrasting metal base. Dark bronze finished pendant lights and white glass shades will hang above each of the bedside tables. A nine-drawer dresser will feature a light wood cabinet and contrasting white drawer fronts with recessed pulls. A bench will be placed at the foot of the bed and will feature an upholstered top and a driftwood base with a gray wash and medallion on the bottom. Two chairs in the seating area will be upholstered in a neutral fabric and will include a contrasting silver metal detail to the back. The chairs will flank a circular beverage table with a light driftwood top and base and a brass arm at the back. Homeowner bath finish selections will be announced soon.
The balcony will promote an indoor/outdoor lifestyle and will include a seating and dining area. The flow from the great room to the balcony will be especially appealing when entertaining.
The remaining residences that are available for purchase feature Quattro’s Bianca, Dario, Dante, Giada, and Giada 2 floor plans. Prices range from $3,050,000 to $4,295,000. Homes are selling fast. Homebuyers looking to enjoy Quattro’s walkable or bikeable downtown lifestyle are encouraged to make their buying decisions this season.
